Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
